Udacity has many hiring partners and we work closely with them to identify talent that meets their hiring needs. Once we expose candidates to our partners, the partner owns the direct relationship with the candidate. Udacity doesn’t interface directly after the candidate’s information is shared with the partner. Students can make sure they’re being considered for this opportunity by filling out their Udacity Careers Profile and turning on “Recruiter Access”.
Through our Careers Resource Center, our Career Services, and our supplemental Nanodegree Plus Program, we give students additional support to help empower them in their own search.
We’ve noticed that our students are most successful in their job search when they own their search and apply directly, rather than waiting for inbound interest to come in. We recommend using every tool at your disposal, including applying to companies directly, to maximize your outcomes and have more options at your disposal.
