While our support team can help you with questions about program-specific topics including deadlines, program policies, and your overall student journey at Udacity, we are unable to help with technical questions about program content or projects. For these questions, you can get help in Knowledge, our 24/7 self-help option designed to assist you with your technical questions. In this community-powered information center, you can find answers, ask questions, and also help your fellow students by answering their questions. Knowledge is easily accessible from your Nanodegree program Classroom! Just click on the light bulb icon found on the left side panel of your classroom (see the screenshot below):
Once you have posted your question in Knowledge, feel free to post a link to your question in your Student Hub to give the other students in your group a chance to respond.
The Student Hub is our immersive classroom experience for engaging with Udacity mentors whose knowledge and guidance will support your achievement of all your learning goals. The Student Hub is also where you’ll connect with your community of fellow learners to share knowledge, overcome challenges, and successfully advance through your projects and Nanodegree programs.
The Student Hub experience features two distinct areas: Guided Study and Community. In Guided Study you can interact with fellow students and with our mentorship service. You’ll also find all of your previous Study Group challenges in the new Guided Study area. In Community, you’ll be able to connect with classmates and with industry professionals and experts who’ll join you for events such as AMAs.
In the Student Hub, you will:
Collaborate directly with classmates working on the same project simultaneously. You'll have support to overcome challenges and complete your projects on time.
Request direct support from a mentor by @mentioning them. You'll get informed answers from qualified mentors, enabling you to move forward quickly and efficiently.
Join fellow lifelong learners in informative group chats and interactive AMAs with industry experts.
To find Study Groups, click the Chat icon at the bottom left of the classroom. If you haven’t already used Study Groups, you'll be asked to share a few details about yourself to help your student peers get to know you!
