To get help with content and projects, we offer two help services in your classroom, Knowledge and Guided Study.
Knowledge is our Q&A platform, similar to Stack Overflow. You can post questions and see what your classmates have asked, and contribute or upvote answers. Knowledge is monitored by mentors who will address any questions not answered by your classmates.
Need help with your projects? Try Guided Study, a series of chat channels, similar to Slack. There is a chat room dedicated to each project, and each room is monitored by mentors. You can look up the mentors assigned to a particular chat room by clicking Users. The mentors in that room will be listed with a flag icon by their names. You can '@' their names in your chat message to ensure they see your message.
To find Guided Study, click the chat icon in the bottom left of your classroom.
