No, a weekly check-in is a perfect time for you to sync up with your mentor to help guide you in the right direction. This session could be where you can ask technical questions regarding the project you work on or clear your doubts with any of the concepts. We encourage all our students to take advantage of the available services. Your personal mentor is there to help you succeed as a Udacity student.
Please note that students that enroll into a ND between February 26, 2019 and April 8, 2019 will experience our updated mentor support model. This section will only apply to those enrolled between February 26, 2019 and April 8, 2019. If you are continuing in Term 2 or 3 of a program with Term 1 starting before that date, these services do not apply. Please also note that access to updated mentor support may not be available for some regions or some types of registrations for Nanodegree programs. For instance if you are an Enterprise student or part of a Scholarship program, you will not get mentor support beyond the express terms of the registration and/or your registration is managed by the party who contracted for Udacity's services.
