Will I be ready to pursue a job after completing my Nanodegree program? Please note that students that enroll into a Nanodegree program between February 26, 2019 and April 8, 2019 will experience our updated career service offering. This section will only apply to those enrolled between February 26, 2019 and April 8, 2019. Access to updated services may not be available for some regions or some types of registrations for Nanodegree programs. For instance, if you are an Enterprise student or part of a Scholarship program, you will not get services beyond the express terms of the registration and/or if your registration is managed by the party who contracted for Udacity's services. While the majority of our Nanodegree programs do equip graduates with the skills to pursue a new job, enrollment in any of our foundations or introductory Nanodegree programs alone does not prepare you for a job. There are students who have gotten roles after completing an introductory Nanodegree program, but typically when combined with previous technical experience and were up-skilling rather than making a career change. To maximize your chances of leveraging the skills and portfolio you gain through completing a Nanodegree program, proactivity is key. Complete the Career Services available in your Nanodegree program. Know that Udacity is here to support you, whether you’re beginning a job search, making a career change, or gaining new skills for your current role.
