Navigate to the Settings page in your Classroom and click on the Subscriptions tab. Find the appropriate Nanodegree program card on your Subscriptions page, and click “Cancel.”
A cancellation form will pop up, and you will fill out the form. Once the form is complete and you have verified that you have included the correct information, click “Request Cancellation” OR if you no longer wish to cancel, click “I changed my mind” and your cancellation will not be submitted.
Once you click “Request Cancellation,” you will be able to choose whether to share your phone number and consent to talk to an Enrollment Advisor, who can offer help for any problems you have run into and either process your cancellation or guide you through reactivating your enrollment. If you do not wish to talk to an Enrollment Advisor, you will be able to click “Close.” Your cancellation request will still have been submitted, and you’ll receive an email for details for completing the process.
Your Nanodegree program card will now say “Cancel Pending.”
An Enrollment Advisor will follow up with you via email in order to ask some questions about your reasons for cancelling. If you provided consent to schedule a phone call, the representative will follow up to schedule a phone call.
Your cancellation will be processed within a maximum of 7 days of the submission of the request regardless of whether you reply to the follow-up email.
