I'm disappointed and I want refund

I'm really disappointed by you product manager course. I've tried to continue, because I hoped that it will be better, but unfortunately no. The speaker sometimes says very strange things and it seems, that he is not an expert in this field (and I can prove this, if you want). For now I have an issue, that I need to have Microsoft Office on my laptop to do my exercises, but I haven't and I don't want to purchase it. But you didn't give me any other options. So, my request is - can I quit from this course and return my money, please?

Hi Akobir Ismailov, I'm sorry to hear you feel this way. Our instructors are subject matter experts and the best in their respective fields. Please share the link to the video with the timestamp where you think the teaching is not up to mark, and I'll have our team look into this.
Mostly, we only suggest names of software/applications to use for exercise in our lessons and never mandate a brand. Could you use Google Workspace for your exercises? Is it possible?
