My case (#1657733) seems to be pushed away from one person to another with no resolution. I need an answer to move on. Please help!

  I understand that you haven't received an update on the Plagiarism investigation appeal and we are truly sorry about the inconvenience caused.

   

  Please note that the learners would be receiving an update within 7 days once the appeal is filed. However, as this hasn't been the case, I'll be following up with the concerned team internally and would ask them to expedite the process.

  Hi Anayoslin Then, our Support team has responded to you. Please check your email. The email reads something like this- "Upon further review of your case, we have determined that your submission does not violate the Udacity Honor Code. I have removed the violation from your record and cleared the escalation so that you may resubmit your project and continue in your Nanodegree program without interruption."
