Data Wrangler Error Message

I get this error message while trying to open the data wrangler.

After following the documentation from amazon, I found the steps to solve the problem via this link: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sagemaker/latest/dg/data-wrangler-increase-instance-limit.html

So Shall I follow the steps to solve the Problem or it will be over my available budget on AWS?!
