UX high fedelity design midterm

I am currently working on my low-fidelity design into a high-fidelity design. I just wanted to know if is it allowed to design on photoshop instead of using mobbin and figma. As the choices in mobbin are limited whereas in photoshop I can get a screenshot at any website and edit it, it is really fun doing HF with photoshop
