Project submission issue
My support ticket is pending from 2 days. No one is looking into matter. I don't have much time for this course. If it's delayed i will loose all my money without completion. I don't know but it looks like you people are intentionally doing this so that i could pay more.
I was previously flagged by plagiarism in my last project. Though I improved my mistake and have done it on my own third time. As I was going to submit it says you can't. As I went through my mails I noticed warning mail was there. I am sorry but I need one chance to submit as I read warning message today.
Because of queries are alike in my second submission from some projects it was flagged plagiarism but I ran them myself on my system and get helped from them because they are freely available for everyone. Not any Udacity personal code.
But this time it's purely my work. I have attached the submission please look into the matter.
My last nanodegree and money was wasted as I was unable to complete my project. So I did it fast this time.
Or if I can't submit anymore then it's pure exploitation of my money and I will never again use or promote Udacity. Enough money was wasted (30k+) without my degree and even certificate. Better to choose others even after paying highest amount on web I have time limits..resourse limit..submission limit.

It has been 13 days also my third last day of my subscription. Chat option is also hidden from me. Support team does not exist. I have contacted almost 5 peoples including mentors and no one at Udacity knows what they are doing. Just give them money and forget. Give more money to receive any support. They are busy sending we are looking into it every 2 days but can't just look into it. Return my money it's biggest mistake of my life. You people trick students in your trap. There is no extra knowledge then other platforms but still price is so high. And they can't offer you single service.

Yes Chris, I actually have the problems submitting the project now. and I have two tickets to explain this:

1492363and in the tickets I explain what I did:
in PID controller project, I check the material of course on pid control algorithm part, I also check some others implementation on this and then write it, same for kalman filter. I already reviewed the material carefully and want to resubmit again for those two projects. but I can not do that now, so I want to have the appeal for relief from this and resubmit the code implementation again. For self driving nano degree program I have tight deadline if I don't finish it soon it will expire because some California mandatory law. So please give me a second chance to resubmit with my code implementation

But they reply that it takes 5 days to review ....
Now I can not submit any project for any program, I enrolled in other programs too.

I put a lot of money into every program and you can check on that. I know I am wrong after I submit the code...
it is really because that self-driving program has a mandatory California cap. So it was expired on Dec 16 2021. I was so nervous so I did that wrong thing, but can you guys give me one chance to fix that?

If you believe you’ve been incorrectly flagged, please appeal the accusation of plagiarism and submit a Student Support ticket by choosing Plagiarism Appeal from the drop-down under “Reason for Contact” within the next 7 days. Your appeal should include an explanation of how you completed the project, and indicate all sources you used and/or any part of your project submission that is not original.

in my message, I already mentioned I actually check on others' implementation because I was so nervous and afraid that I can not finish that program on time. I realize my mistake and I want to have another chance to fix my mistakes. I feel regret a lot after I submit that code. Now I already studied the course material and begging for another chance. So what do I need to do ? There is also a ticket 1492837 I created last Monday.

can you give me the estimated time when this can be checked? I mean I admit what I did is wrong and I am here just begging for another chance to let me fix my mistake and submit my code again, continue to study. All of those happening actually make me really sorry about it and at the same time I feel really sad and upset. Can you guys check on that? People all make some mistakes in their life sometimes because of their nervousness of result or impulse. On the other hand, I would like to keep learning on this platform if this case can be solved and as you know, if you check my bill I pay a lot on this too. it is not just purely about money, it is about I have some belief in this platform. I want to fix my mistakes, but need to revert the block of project submission first

and the deadline is today and i want to resubmit the projecti didn't copy anyone's code at all and the repository that sent to me had differences from my code
the reviewer has only checked one files from other 5 files that was completely differentplease help me i don't want to lose this scholarship

Data analysis professional track:
I have the same issue that I submitted the last project once (Project with mock-client) with an external post from upwork and its description contained a check lists that helped me on trello board so I took it just to organize my trello board ,then the reviewer told me that just the description didn't meet the criteria and didn't say anything about the trello board. so, I resubmitted the project with the provided listing and modified the trello board with some points and the other remained the same. the second reviewer considered this time a potential plagiarism with my own old version, so I edited the project and modified all the points in trello board but the project can't be submitted , I really didn't have an intension in plagiarism and didn't know that was considered a plagiarism even . So please it's a small problem can be kindly handled to make me resubmit the new version of my project with my own points.

- In order for the student to appeal the plagiarism flag, the student must click on the
Open Plagiarism Case - A pop-up will be shown to the student in the classroom. (img 2).
- We will investigate the appeal and determine the next steps within the next 5 - 7 business days.
- Once the student’s project is reviewed by a mentor, the graded review will appear in the student’s classroom on the “Project” page with the status of the project result.
- In addition, the student will receive an email informing them their submission has been reviewed and has been flagged for plagiarism. The email has a link directing them to the “Project Result” page.
