We apologize for the trouble you are experiencing with the Netverify system. The Netverify system denies some foreign ID types, but I can see your documents on our end and have verified them manually.
I've just graduated you, congratulations on all that you've accomplished thus far! To view, print, and share your certificate please proceed to your Home page and scroll to the bottom of your screen. You will find your certificate listed there under the "Graduated" section.

According to our records, you have not yet passed the final assessment. I see you have already used [ 1 ]of your 3 attempts. This means you have [ 2 ] more attempts left. In order to receive your certificate, you must score the minimum required which is 70% of the technical questions and 70% of the freelancing questions in the final assessment.
Kindly note that the final assessment will now be always available inside your track to take it any time you want. You will have 2 months from your enrollment date November 3, 2022, to pass the assessment.0 -

At this time, we do not offer certificates of completion for free and non-coach-supported courses. It is only possible to earn a certificate of completion through one of our Nanodegree programs.
We understand that this may be disappointing news, but we hope that you remain proud of your accomplishments, learned some valuable skills, and will continue to learn with Udacity through either our free or paid course options.
