Since right now udacity offer 50% discount,
Can I pay nanodegree class now, but starting the class in September/October?

  I think you can start whenever you want but your subscription will start from that day.

  let me clarify this,
  
  if I enroll nanodegree this September with 3-month access,
  can I start the class in November so the subscription will finish at the end of January?

  "We highly recommend taking advantage of any sale, discount, or promotion when you can. However, we currently do not support deferments at this time."

  So cannot buy buy now and enroll later.
