Udacity's server can't recognize my ID card and I can't confirm my identity to get my certificate

  The Netverify system denies some foreign ID types, but I can see your documents on our end and have verified them manually.

  I've just graduated you, congratulations on all that you've accomplished thus far! To view, print, and share your certificate please proceed to your Home page and scroll to the bottom of your screen. You will find your certificate listed there under the "Graduated" section.

  Hi,
  I can't get my certificate. I graduated the free course and can't find the ID verification button, ist this a normal?

  We do not offer an option of earning a free certificate. Think of free courses as a textbook. Anyone is welcome to read the textbook but the publisher would not confirm whether or not you read the book. Our free courses work in a similar way; we make them available for students to learn on their own but we do not offer verifications of their completion. Click here to find a list of all the free courses offered by Udacity.
