Wrong Plagiarism case

I am one of fwd professional track students, I have worked on my landing-page project for many hours, writing its Js code from what i have learned though the course and checking trusted sources like MDN to learn about the needed codes in the project that wasn't mentioned in the course content. it was a shock to me that my project is a perfect copy from a previous student. the gif that is attached in the review that showing the similarities between my code and another code is completely none-sense. there are no similarities between the way i have done my project and the another code. I need you to note that the landing-page project is a very small project that doesn't require any kind of creativity rather than making students to practice what they have learned, and also in the project specifications it was said that we use append, appendChild, innerHTML to build the nav and also we were taught to use fragments to make the performance good , and also in the development strategy number 9, it was said that detect the element location using getBoundingClientRect. with all these instructions from the course tutors, it would be very obvious that all the students will have a similar code. so the way the code that should be written won't be so much different from another students with big huge amount of participants and graduates. And even in my case the way i have written my code is different from the code that is claimed that i have copied from. I hope this problem is solved and my project review is done correctly. I have sent a support ticket with number #1507349 in 25/11 and until now i didn't get a reply. So i sent another support ticket in 27/11 with number #1508094 it makes me really disappointed cause i didn't except that from Udacity.
