plagiarism appeal

Hello, 

I accidentally submitted a file in my GitHub link that I was using as a reference during the project. It was an honest mistake so I re-submitted my Github link again and it was still flagged for plagiarism 2 more times although it should not have been. I tried to contact support to raise an appeal however, it said solved in the results and nobody reached out to me or tried to help me. However, I was unable to submit any project after that and I am still being charged. I would like to explain myself but nobody replies to the support ticket that I open. Please help me.
