I cant retake my test

I am currently enrolled in two courses Javascript foundation and web development foundation. i completed the javascript foundation course and took the test which displayed an error that i didnt meet the required milestone upon submission. i decided to retake the test the page for the test is no more loading it landed me on the page that i didnt meet the required milestone. Pls kindly help me as i am frustrated
