How to pause Nanodegree

Hello,  I need to make a pause in my current Nanodegree program. I would appreciate your assistance to walk me through the process.

  If you purchase on a month-by-month basis, you can cancel at any time. You will then move to static access at the end of the billing cycle. You can re-purchase a subscription at any time. However, as we occasionally update our content, we cannot guarantee that your progress will be saved when you return.

  If you purchase a bundle subscription, you cannot pause in the middle of the subscription.

  Hello,

  If I pause today and pick it back up and the course content changes do I get billed from day 1?

   

  For ex. as of today I have paid 2 months, but due to family matters I have to pause. Do I lose the money I have already paid or does it stay with me me I resume the course and just pay remaining balance of the course?

  Also when I resume how much time do I get to complete the course
