Graduation Problem

Hi there, I cannot verify my ID in the Graduation Section.

Everything is ready and complete but the camera can't scan my face properly which is causing the delay. (I used many devices but the problem is the same)

Any help would be appreciated.

  Hi Youmna​,

  I reached out to our Graduation Support team, and they will be able to take care of this pretty quickly for you. Some student IDS our systems are unable to identify so we can manually graduate you.
