    Hi, Abdalla El-sha'rawy

We have recently updated our classroom to learn.udacity.com with a new interface for students to streamline the learning process.

Follow the steps below to download your program content:

    1. Navigate to a lesson concept page where you would view your videos
    2. Open the Resources section in the left navigation menu
    3. Click on the video and transcript zip file links. You may see additional material for download depending on the Nanodegree program you are in.

To download your workspaces and quizzes after your enrollment has ended, click the 'Download' button on each element:

You may keep this content for personal use and future reference in accordance with our Terms of Use.

    Hello Chris,
The problem is there is no download option in the new interface and the UX is so bad and glitchy unlike the old one.
You should've considered consulting students before putting the new interface to work or atleast giving the option to choose between the two versions.

In addition, the video player used to be Youtube palyer but now is HTML5 player which is not convenient to me.

We have switched our in-class video player. While we have no current plans to switch back to the YouTube interface. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve the current player we are happy to hear those.
